How to join the book-club

Umm... book-club is kind of in disarray at the moment. No-one is really joining, leaving, or posting. But if someone does want to take control of the 'joining system', the HTML for the form is below - all you need to do add is your email address to the "ADD_YOUR_EMAIL_HERE" bit in the HTML.

So you want to join the book-club? Well, you have to do a few things first. But don't worry, they're simple! :)

* Firstly, you must have a diaryland diary and have read the rules.
* Secondly, you must full out the following application form. (Bold type indicates compulsory fields)
* Thirdly, you must join the diary-ring (it helps us to keep all the members organised).
* Fourthly, you must link back to book-club from your diary. You must do this or else no one hears about us! And then there aren't enough members for a proper discussion. If you don't know how to link back to us, visit the FAQ to find out how.

That's all! After that ____ will email you the password and you're all set!
