Introduction

Introduction
This is a general Book-Club, it will follow no direct theme of books other than to expand it members knowledge of literature and attempt to expose us to works of Literature and Fiction we may not otherwise read.

We are still in our infancy stages, and looking for interested members. If you would like to participate please leave a message in the guestbook and join the web-ring (the web-ring is compulsory - it helps us to keep track of all the members). Naridu will then email you the password and add you to the members page.

How it will work
Naridu has put a great deal of thought into how exactly this will run, and has decided that the simplest way is for all members to individually read and comment on the designated book via the book-club.diaryland website.

When it comes to selecting books, Naridu will be taking suggestions (via her email and the guestbook) and will post them on the suggestions page. Naridu has added a few various booklists, for reading ideas. Once five books have been suggested, a poll will be taken and the majority vote will decide on the book for the upcoming month.

To begin with we are sticking to one book per month. This should allow everyone enough time to find the book from their local/personal/school/friend's library, and a leisurely exploration of the novel itself.
